Integrated 795nm narrow linewidth MOPA butterfly laser for quantum sensing and magnetometry
High-power narrow-linewidth lasers around 795 nm are essential for quantum sensing, magnetometry, Raman spectroscopy, and biomedical applications. This work introduces a fully integrated butterfly-packaged MOPA solution combining a sub-500 kHz DBR seed laser with a tapered amplifier to achieve watt-class output power while preserving spectral purity. The compact architecture enables high performance in a practical form factor suitable for demanding field and laboratory applications.
