The ML6612 is a 1064 nm single‑mode ytterbium fiber laser designed for applications requiring high beam quality, excellent stability, and reliable CW or modulated operation.
Description
The ML6612 ytterbium fiber laser operates at a central wavelength of 1064 nm, providing up to 20 W of single‑mode optical output power. Built on Modulight’s ML6600‑derived fiber laser architecture, it delivers excellent wavelength stability, low optical noise (<2% RMS), and high beam quality (M² < 1.15).
The laser supports CW or modulated operation up to 2 kHz and offers a wide 10–100% adjustable power range, making it suitable for fine cutting, scribing, microwelding, engraving, optical trapping, and medical instrument integration.
Output is available via FC/PC or SMA fiber pigtail, and an optional aiming beam is supported.
An integrated control system with USB, RS232, and RS422 interfaces enables easy system integration. Air cooling, robust mechanical design, and ISO13485‑certified manufacturing ensure long‑term stability in laboratory, medical, and industrial environments.
