Description
The ML6609 is a 349 nm UV laser source based on Modulight’s ML6600 platform, designed especially for Flow Cytometry applications. It provides excellent single-mode beam quality, narrow linewidth, stable output power and beam pointing, with 10, 20 or 50 mW available optical output power in a continuous-wave (CW) free-space beam.
The ML6609 delivers a TEM00 beam with beam quality below 1.2 M² and power stability below 2% peak-to-peak. Its Gaussian beam profile can be tailored to specific requirements, including conversion to a top-hat profile, and fiber coupling is optionally available.
In addition to Flow Cytometry, the ML6609 is suitable for Confocal Microscopy, Genomics, and Semiconductor Inspection and Metrology. The system can operate as a stand-alone laser source with PC control or be integrated into a larger instrument or system.
