Description
The ML6605 is a 355 nm UV laser source based on Modulight’s ML6600 platform, designed for applications requiring stable, high-quality ultraviolet illumination. It provides excellent output power and beam pointing stability, single-mode beam quality and narrow linewidth. The CW laser source delivers 10, 20 or 50 mW of free-space optical output power, with a TEM00 spatial mode and beam quality below 1.2 M².
The Gaussian output beam can be tailored to specific requirements, including a top-hat profile, and can optionally be coupled into single-mode or polarization-maintaining fiber. The ML6605 can operate as a stand-alone laser source with PC control or be integrated into instruments and systems such as flow cytometers, semiconductor inspection and metrology tools, and confocal microscopy systems. It is also suitable for UV applications in genomics and proteomics.
