Upcoming reports
During the year 2026, Modulight will publish the financial information as follows:
- Apr 24, 2026: 1Q26 Interim Report (Jan-Mar 2026)
- Aug 21, 2026: 1H26 Half-year Financial Report (Jan-Jun 2026)
- Oct 23, 2026: 3Q26 Interim Report (Jan-Sep 2026)
The Financial Statements Bulletin, Half-year Financial Report and Q1/Q3 Interim Reports will be published at approximately 1:00 PM Finnish time on the said dates.
The report of the Board of Directors and the Financial Statements for the financial year 2025 will be published on the company’s website at https://modulight.com/reports-presentations/ on March 13, 2026.
Annual General Meeting 2026 is scheduled to be held on May 4, 2026. The meeting will be convened later by the Board of Directors of Modulight Corp.
Modulight adheres to a 30-day silent period before the publication of quarterly financial reports or financial statements releases.
