Myeloid-derived suppressor cells were selectively eliminated within tumors by Ly6G-targeted NIR-PIT, using ML7710 for in vitro and in vivo PIT. Significant tumor growth suppression and survival benefit, as well as abscopal effects, were observed in animal models, showing promise as a cancer immunotherapy.
