Super-resolution microscopy (SRM) relies on precise and stable light delivery to produce high-resolution, reproducible images. Light engines designed for SRM must offer a high dynamic range, speckle-free illumination, and exceptional power stability. In this work, we present recent enhancements to a power-scalable light engine developed at Modulight Corporation, aimed at improving its stability, dynamic range, and overall robustness. Upgrades include optical and control system refinements that deliver more consistent performance across various imaging modes. These improvements make the light engine better suited for the complex and evolving demands of modern SRM techniques.
