The ML6600 laser was used to test the PDT efficacy of a novel photoimmunoconjugate-nanoliposome (PIC-Nal) comprising of EGFR-targeted Cetuximab, BPD photosensitizer and irinotecan chemoterapy inside a liposome. Different cancer cell lines were used and cell viability was determined after PDT.
