Modulight at Photonics West 2025

Get ready to explore the future of photonics with Modulight at booth #2167!
We’re showcasing our latest advancements in #TailoredLasers, subsystems, and applications for both #KillCancer and high value-add use.
Latest Product and Technology Launches
‣ 4-Wavelength Flow Cytometry Laser Engine ML6640: Active beam ladder alignment for common Flow Cytometry wavelengths — 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 638 nm, or other tailorable choices.
‣ ML6600 VECSEL-based Variants for Flow Cytometry: OP-VECSEL laser cores for precise fluorochrome activation in 349 nm, 488 nm, and 561 nm.
‣ ML6600-based Laser Engine for Microscopy: All key wavelengths for microscopy — e.g., 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 638 nm — coupled into a single small-core fiber.
‣ 632.8 nm DBR Laser: Replacing Traditional HeNe Laser: Modulight’s in-house technology — single-frequency operation with a linewidth of less than 10 MHz.
‣ Introducing DBR Laser Platform: Tailorable wavelength range, ideal for Atomic and Molecular Optical Physics, Interferometry, and Raman Spectroscopy.
‣ High-Performance Tapered Amplifiers and DBR MOPA: Optimized for 785 nm operation, these laser cores provide picometer-level linewidth and watt-level power, particularly suited for precision-intensive applications such as Raman spectroscopy.
‣ VECSEL Technology for ML6600 Platform: Tailored especially for Quantum Applications, meeting the stringent requirements of AMO Physics, these laser cores at 493 nm and 553 nm bring sub-100 kHz free-running linewidth to neutral Ba and Ba ion cooling.
‣ 1762 nm Fiber Laser Technology in ML6600: Designed for most stringent Quantum Applications, ultra-narrow linewidth of <10 kHz and up to 1 W of output power.
