Data Scientist - Analytics
Responsibilities
- Apply your quantitative modeling skills to complex decision-making problems using noisy data coming from various data sources such as system-generated timestamped data, medical claims, electronic medical records, patient reported outcomes, surveys, finance, and marketing funnels
- Build data-driven models to improve treatment efficacy
- Act as a key member in defining and building the analytics pipeline to support treatment efficacy improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders and translate data-driven findings into actionable insights

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, Python, or C# including object-oriented design
- Great SQL skills, so you can quickly tap into our data sources
- Experience using Python data libraries like pandas, numpy, or scipy
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
- Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
