Annual General Meeting 2025
Modulight Corporation’s Annual General Meeting was held on 2 May, 2025 at 1.00 p.m. at Korkeakoulunkatu 7, 33720 Tampere.
The reception of registered participants and the distribution of ballots commenced at 12 p.m. Shareholders could also have exercised their voting rights by voting in advance.
Instructions to shareholders are available in the notice to Annual General Meeting.
Registration for the meeting and advance voting begins on 9 April 2024 at 10:00 a.m. and ends on 25 April 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
