Annual General Meeting 2024
Modulight Corporation’s Annual General Meeting will be held on 2 May, 2024 at 1.00 p.m. at Korkeakoulunkatu 7, 33720 Tampere.
The reception of registered participants and the distribution of ballots will commence at 12 p.m. Shareholders can also exercise their voting rights by voting in advance.
Instructions to shareholders were available in the notice to Annual General Meeting.
Registration for the meeting and advance voting started on 6 April 2024 at 10:00 a.m. and closed on 25 April 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
